Nadine Monks
Director, mortgage and insurance adviser
Nadine is our Director and an experienced adviser. She has 25+ years in financial services, chiefly mortgage broking, and lives in Kent with three children. Having moved frequently through her husband’s long military career, she set up Forces Family Finance to provide clear, friendly support grounded in genuine understanding of service life.
Lisa Welsh
Senior Case Manager
Lisa is our Office Manager. She lives with her serving husband and has two adult sons and a grandson. With 30+ years in financial services at a leading UK bank—spanning Senior Mortgage Underwriter to UK Financial Ombudsman Complaints Manager—she offers sharp judgement, clear updates and meticulous, client-centred support.

All our advisers have a strong military connection so we are in the best place to understand the effects draftings and postings have on all aspects of your finances and also the minefield of information that is available, but in a lot of cases not! It is a common misconception that you need to have everything as a specialist military product, which can often be expensive, what you need is just specialist advice.
