Through using their service, we were finally able to secure a house! Advice was tailored to us specifically through having discussions that gave us a better understanding of what products were suitable for us. They are a very friendly team, nothing ever seemed too much, even when we encountered a few issues along the way, the team ensured we didn’t feel like a burden at all. The team helped with all our research, and we also received really good communication from them along the way.

Our experience with our case handler was fantastic, we were able to have friendly conversations with her.
