A Will is a legal document where an individual can express their wishes for how their estate is distributed upon their death and set out any instructions. It is very important that both individuals in a relationship where there are dependent children involved make a will to name Guardians. Many members of the Armed Forces will have an MOD Form 106 Will, it is vital to note that many circumstances are not covered by this style of document.
